UK Graduate Visa – Stay and Work After You Study
The Graduate Visa allows international students who have completed a UK degree to remain in the UK for up to two years (or three years for PhD graduates) to work or look for work without sponsorship. At TD Immigration, we help students transition smoothly from study to post-study life with expert support and end-to-end visa assistance.

- Completed your studies at a UK licensed student sponsor that has a record of compliance
- Have received confirmation from your university that your course has been successfully completed

You do not need a job offer to apply, and there is no minimum salary requirement.
Duration of Visa
- 2 years for those who completed an eligible undergraduate or master's degree

The Graduate Visa cannot be extended, but you may be able to switch to another visa (e.g. Skilled Worker Visa) before it expires.
