Founded by senior lawyer Lena Ivanova, who brings over 10 years of experience in UK immigration law, our mission is to offer clear, compassionate, and forward-thinking support to individuals, families, and future-focused businesses navigating the UK immigration system. 

We’re a small, hands-on team led by Lena, combining legal precision with genuine care for the people and businesses we work with. Every case is personally handled by a qualified advisor, ensuring thoughtful, tailored support from start to finish.

 At TD Immigration Solutions, we believe immigration advice should reflect both professionalism and purpose. We provide clear, tailored legal support across a range of UK immigration routes — including work, family, student, settlement, and citizenship applications. 

We also assist startups applying under the Innovator Founder route, with a particular interest in working with values-led and sustainability-focused ventures.
